Great little Caesars! I like the deep dish! I call it in when I am leaving the house and by the time I get there it's ready. Hot, fresh & delicious. The employees always greet you with a smile. Little Caesars is not always my go to pizza but when I want a pizza fast and easy, this is where I go.

This location exists to make the other locations look good.
Love Little Ceasers but I despise this location. Always out of regular/normal pepperoni pizzas. Every time I have gone here and asked for a "regular" or a "normal" pepperoni they always hand me the "Extra Most Bestest" instead without saying anything.
The first 2 times I accidentally paid the extra for the extra most bestest without realizing it. Sure its only $1 more but if they are going to sell me the "premium" it would be nice if there was some sort of notice to make me aware I am not purchasing what I think I am.
Additionally, the cheese on the normal pepperoni leaves much to be desired. More often than not, it comes out patchy.
Whenever possible, I always try to go to the other location in Lake in the hills on randall. They always ensure they get your order right and show you the pizza & check it out before they hand it off. I'd rather drive the extra 2 minutes for the better service and quality than shop at the Crystal Lake location. -

HORRIBLE!!! I get it, it's 5 bucks, but when I lived here and tried not once, not twice, not three times.... I gave this location 4 opportunities... and it seems like they were cutting back on everything- including the dough!!! Now I like a thin crust, but this type of dough doesn't turn out right when there isn't enough of it. I am a fan of Little Caesar's, but if I still lived in the area, I wouldn't go back.

I've never had a problem from this location. My orders have always been correct, never any wait (I call a few minutes ahead). And, obviously, Little Ceasars is the best pizza out of all the cheap chains! Not sure what's up with this location having all these 1 Star reviews. Let's show some more love and keep this place alive!

Ive gone here since their previous locations and my pizza is ALWAYS cold. I only live 5 min away. I went the first week they opened this new location and same thing. I prefer going to the one in Elgin Never will I go back here again.
